At RV, we strive to provide our customers with a seamless experience when managing and paying for their timeshare units. Please read our refund policy carefully before making any payment through our mobile application.

Payment Methods

We offer three payment methods based on your country and currency:

• US Dollar (USD)
• Egyptian Pound (EGP)
• Saudi Riyal (SAR)

You will be automatically directed to the suitable payment gateway depending on your location and selected currency.

Refund Terms

If you choose to cancel your payment or request a refund, please note the following:

• A 50% deduction will be applied to any refund request.
• Refunds are only applicable for eligible transactions and must be requested within the timeframe stated in your contract.
• Refunds will be processed through the same payment method used in the original transaction.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team through the mobile application or send a message via our official WhatsApp channel. You will be required to provide proof of payment and your registered unit details.
